The Park area was a hunting & Entertainment resort  of the old Gwalior. In the Central region of the Park "George Castle'  was constructed at the highest point of the Park for the King George the Fifth for hunting purpose.

Tiger, Leopard, Chital, Sambhar, Blue bull, Chinkara Four horned Antelope(Chousingha), Wild boar, Monkey etc.

PRINCIPAL FLORA
Acacia catechu (Khair),  Kerdhai,  Dhawda, Tendu, Palash etc.

Petrol four wheeler vehicle or four wheel drive Diesel vehicle which is not older than five years
